NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Services Technician to perform on-site equipment setup, configuration, and basic maintenance at client sites.

You will work with the engineering team to install and test software and hardware, diagnose issues, and provide remote and telephonic support as needed. The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, teamwork across cultures, and ensuring a high-quality solution is delivered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vendor/product certification preferred.
• A+ certification beneficial, but not crucial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic equipment setup and configuration at client sites.
• Install and test software/hardware and perform break/fix functions.
• Maintain servers and network hardware; diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures.
• Provide telephonic, remote, and on-site client support; may act as team lead.
• Monitor ITSM queues and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Ensure software and hardware are properly installed on client sites.
