Job summary

AVI-SPL Middle East is seeking an On‑Site IT & AV Support Technician in Dubai to deliver hands‑on 1st/2nd line IT support and end‑to‑end AV assistance for corporate spaces.

You will work with Microsoft Intune, Teams Rooms, Crestron, Biamp, Cisco and Poly systems to ensure reliable meeting rooms, live events and collaboration environments while maintaining a professional client‑facing approach in a law‑firm or professional services setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT/AV support in corporate environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting and client‑facing skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for Windows and corporate endpoints.
• Trous troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and peripherals.
• Support AV and collaboration tech in meeting rooms and live events.
• Manage device enrollment and deployment using Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Exchange and Entra ID issues.
• Liaise with IT, facilities and client teams to maintain service quality.
