Job summary

HR Engine seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil for an ADNOC onshore project. You will manage quality assurance and control for civil works at the site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and quality requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 8 years of dedicated QA/QC experience in civil construction, preferably within Oil & Gas EPC projects. ADNOC project exposure and ISO 9001 auditing are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience within civil.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or major industrial construction projects.
• ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil inspection and QC activities.
• Familiarity with ITPs, RFIs, NCRs and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate QA/QC activities related to civil works.
• Monitor civil construction activities for compliance with project requirements and specs.
• Review and coordinate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection requests, test reports and quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspections with construction teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor concrete, reinforcement, earthworks, foundations and structural activities.
• Support material inspections and verification of test results and documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions close-out.
• Coordinate RFIs, NCRs and other quality records as required.
• Support implementation of project quality procedures and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and project quality teams.
• Participate in quality meetings, inspections and audits as required.
• Support project completion, handover and final quality dossier documentation.
