Job summary

Pinaster General Contracting LLC seeks an experienced QA/QC professional for Oil & Gas construction site verification in Abu Dhabi. The role requires hands-on civil QA/QC with concrete, rebar, formwork, and as-built documentation expertise.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Oil & Gas QA/QC, familiarity with ITP/QCP, and UK/ADNOC/Shell standards. Excellent English skills and UAE visa eligibility are mandatory for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience in construction site QA/QC.
• Civil-focused QA/QC background with hands-on experience in concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and as-built documentation.
• Engineering Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Familiar with ITP, QCP, Method Statements, RFI, MAR and NCR management.
• Knowledge of ADNOC / Shell DEPs and international codes is a strong advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must be eligible for a company-sponsored UAE employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Perform site QA/QC inspections per approved ITP/QCP and Method Statements.
• Coordinate NCRs, MARs, and RFI close-out with subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate as-built surveys and documentation for handover.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC / Shell DEPs and applicable codes and standards.
