Job summary

Rochas Fabrics in Dubai seeks an energetic online sales specialist to convert leads into orders for fabrics and accessories. You will handle inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, and website campaigns, understand client needs, and upsell products while coordinating with the showroom and stock teams.

Candidates should have 2+ years in online or inside sales, strong English (Arabic a bonus), UAE experience preferred, and proven ability to follow up and close deals in a luxury textile environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in online sales, inside sales or lead conversion.
• Experience in fashion, textiles, abayas, luxury retail, jewellery or beauty is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Requirements

• Good English; Arabic is a strong advantage
