Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Experience supervising structural works on-site in construction projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect structural works on-site including foundations, substructure, superstructure and finishes.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects and contractors to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Prepare and review method statements, material submittals and inspection/testing plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site activities and progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
