Responsibilities

• Supervise structural construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship and progress.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with observations and actions.
• Review proposed methods, materials, and procedures before acceptance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve interfaces.
• Verify reinforcement, concreting, connections, and dimensions on site.
• Monitor QC activities and ensure elements meet design requirements.
• Identify deviations and recommend corrective measures.
• Maintain daily records and technical correspondence related to the project.
