Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Scrum teams on the CIBG project. The position is full-time and on-site in Abu Dhabi, with a 10-month contract and joining date of 01 September 2026.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of Scrum Master experience, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a solid understanding of SDLC and modern development practices within the financial services domain. Excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
• Strong coaching and Scrum methodology knowledge.
• Experience in financial services digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams in applying Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Support Product Owners and development teams in achieving customer satisfaction.
• Coach teams toward self-organization and greater Scrum maturity.
• Remove impediments and coach teams on effective impediment resolution.
• Define and maintain realistic project plans and monitor progress against quality and performance criteria.
• Resolve conflicts and issues and support Product Owners with coaching and education.
