Job summary

D4 Insight is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Scrum teams for the CIBG Platform in Dubai. This on-site role focuses on applying Agile methodologies, removing impediments, and guiding teams toward higher Scrum maturity.

The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners and development teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective delivery within a 12-month program, starting 01 September 2026. Dubai-based opportunity with a focus on financial services transformation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies with development and project teams.
• Experience coaching teams on Scrum methodologies and improving maturity.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development practices.
• Financial services experience, particularly digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Support Product Owners and development teams in achieving customer satisfaction.
• Coach Scrum and development teams toward self-organization.
• Remove impediments and coach teams on effective resolution.
• Define and maintain realistic project plans and monitor progress against quality and performance criteria.
• Resolve conflicts and issues and support Product Owners with coaching where required.
