Job summary

D4 Insight in the UAE seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in financial services digital transformation initiatives. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to improve Scrum maturity.

With 6+ years in Scrum Master roles, you'll facilitate ceremonies, align SDLC practices, and drive customer satisfaction while delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies with development and project teams.
Strong coaching skills and understanding of Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development practices.
Financial services experience, particularly digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum teams in applying Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
Support Product Owners and development teams in achieving customer satisfaction.
Coach teams toward self-organization and greater Scrum maturity.
Remove impediments and coach teams on effective impediment resolution.
Define and maintain realistic project plans and monitor progress against quality and performance criteria.
Resolve conflicts and issues and support Product Owners with coaching and education.
