Job summary
Mirage Capital Properties seeks an on-site Professional Real Estate Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi to prospect, qualify, and convert leads through property viewings and expert advice. Qualifications
- Strong sales capabilities with lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in UAE.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market and regulations.
- Experience meeting sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent customer service and client relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- On-site work in Abu Dhabi; time management across multiple clients.
- Proficient in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Previous real estate or sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads.
