The Prime Technology Systems is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi to generate leads, build client relationships, present properties, coordinate viewings, and negotiate transactions. You will support clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes and maintain accurate records while working within UAE regulations.

Ideal candidates possess strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with fluency in English and ideally Arabic; driving license is beneficial.

Formación

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Arabic language is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, social media, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
• Promote residential and/or commercial properties through appropriate marketing channels.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information regarding properties.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
• Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers, tenants, developers, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare and maintain accurate property listings and client records.
• Stay informed about current market conditions, property prices, developments, and available inventory.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure all transactions are handled professionally and in accordance with applicable company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on leads, viewings, negotiations, and completed transactions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term client relationships.
