Job summary

CERT The Centre of Excellence for Applied Research & Training is seeking an on-site focal point to support learners and trainers across multiple UAE locations, including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. This temporary/part-time role requires proactive issue resolution and regular status reporting to the Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site point of contact for learners and trainers at the assigned location
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues on site, escalating to the Operations team where needed
• Provide regular reports to the Operations team on site status and issues encountered
• Support classroom readiness and coordinate with trainers on immediate on-site needs
• Ensure learners have the support they need to stay engaged and attend
