Bachelor's or Master's in Arabic Language, Literature, Linguistics, Translation, Emirati Studies, or closely related discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years' relevant teaching with a Bachelor's or 3 years with a Master's (as stated by the ad).

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and assess Arabic Language, Literature, Linguistics, and Emirati Studies courses.
Facilitate engaging, inclusive, outcome-focused learning using varied pedagogical approaches (in-person, online, blended).
Prepare session plans, teaching materials, assessments, and rubrics aligned with outcomes.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to assigned students.
Monitor progress, identify learners needing support, and refer to services.
Support student engagement, retention, and academic success.
