Job summary

LG FMCG TRADING is seeking a full-time Field Merchandiser to maintain shelves, ensure product availability, manage stock, and execute promotional strategies across UAE locations. Build strong relationships with store staff while monitoring competitor activities and ensuring displays meet company standards.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work on-site at multiple locations throughout the UAE. Prior FMCG or retail experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, stock replenishment, and shelf maintenance.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising, visual displays, and product placement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with store staff.
• Time management and organizational skills for coordinating activities across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work on-site across various locations within the UAE.
• Previous experience in the FMCG or retail industry is an asset.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in retail or merchandising are beneficial
