Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries L.L.C is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage daily outlet visits, ensure shelves align with planograms, and maximize product visibility across UAE retailers.

With a minimum of 4 years in FMCG merchandising, you will navigate supermarkets, hypermarkets and modern trade outlets, maintain stock and POSM, and travel between outlets daily. UAE experience preferred; immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of merchandising experience in FMCG.
• Prefer beverages, bottled water, food or consumer products.
• Experience with supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries and modern trade outlets.
• Knowledge of UAE retail markets and merchandising practices.
• Understanding of shelf management, visibility, planograms, stock rotation, FIFO/FEFO and POSM.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets daily.
• Physically fit and willing to travel between outlets daily.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Visit assigned supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets as per daily route plan.
• Ensure products are displayed, arranged, and available on shelves.
• Maintain planograms, shelf share, visibility, and brand standards.
• Check stock availability and coordinate replenishment with Sales.
• Monitor expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Ensure price tags, promotional materials (POSM) and displays are available.
• Identify out-of-stock situations and report them immediately.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, displays and market activities.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and supervisors.
• Support new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Submit daily outlet visit and merchandising reports with required photos.
• Report damaged or expired products per company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Check stock availability and coordinate with the Sales team for replenishment.
• Monitor product expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Ensure proper price tags, promotional materials, POSM, and promotional displays are available.
• Identify out-of-stock situations and report them immediately.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, displays, and market activities.
• Build strong working relationships with store supervisors and outlet staff.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Submit daily outlet visit and merchandising reports with required photos.
• Ensure damaged or expired products are reported and handled according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of merchandising experience in FMCG, preferably in beverages, bottled water, food, or consumer products.
• Strong experience handling supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and modern trade outlets.
• Good knowledge of UAE retail markets and merchandising practices.
• Strong understanding of shelf management, product visibility, planograms, stock rotation, FIFO/FEFO, and POSM.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets efficiently.
• Physically fit and willing to travel between outlets daily.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
