• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly deployment schedules and rosters.
• Monitor attendance, lateness, and no-shows; follow up accordingly.
• Coordinate staff movement to client locations and site allocation.
• Liaise with client representatives on deployment status and coverage gaps.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to management and clients.
• Assist with replacements and urgent deployment changes as needed.
