Job summary

Crypto.com Exchange is seeking an experienced Exchange Production Support specialist to maintain the 24x7 production environment for the trading platform. You will own incident resolution, release management, and monitoring across OMS/EMS components, market data, and back-office systems.

The role requires hands-on expertise with UNIX/Linux, SQL, scripting (Bash/Python), and familiarity with FIX protocol and APIs. It offers hybrid/remote work options and a collaborative, global team culture.

Qualifications

2+ years of production support experience in financial services.
Proficiency with UNIX, SQL, Bash/Python; experience supporting FIX and APIs.
Strong Linux/Java knowledge with exposure to Cloud and DevOps.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Sales, Business Users, Institutional and Retail customers with focus on application support, API support and network connectivity.
Incident management: identify and resolve production incidents with end-to-end ownership and timely resolution.
Process management: own release activities, participate in audit reviews and execute BCP exercises.
Operations management: monitor and automate alerts to maintain uptime and document SOPs.
Continuous improvement: identify improvements and automate manual tasks to enhance service levels.
