Job summary

Zento Era in Dubai is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE to own and evolve cloud infrastructure across production, staging and development environments. You will automate deployments, establish scalable CI/CD pipelines and ensure high availability with robust security practices.

Responsibilities include managing AWS components (EC2, VPCs, IAM, load balancers), configuring Terraform/Ansible, and coordinating monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, plus ensuring 24/7 readiness for crypto exchange

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, cloud infra or similar.
• Hands-on AWS experience across EC2, VPC, subnets, IAM and load balancers.
• Strong Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Terraform or CloudFormation IaC and Ansible configuration management.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience; service mesh is a plus.
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana; centralized logging.
• Scripting in Bash or Python.
• Knowledge of crypto exchange connectivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS infrastructure across Production, Staging and Development.
• Configure and maintain load balancers, DNS, WAF, VPN.
• Deploy and manage Node.js apps and microservices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated gates.
• Implement IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Operate Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Implement monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Ensure security with IAM, secrets management, encryption.
• Assist incident response and post-incident improvements.
