Job summary

du is seeking a Senior Digital Sales and Growth leader in Dubai to own digital P&L, drive omnichannel transformation, and establish digital as the primary acquisition channel across du App, web, and eSIM journeys.

You will build partnerships with digital partners, design incentive models, and lead AI/CVM initiatives to grow revenue and profitability, reporting to senior leadership in a fast-paced telco environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in automation, AI/chatbot configuration, data analysis, or digital operations.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools or analytics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own digital P&L including revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Define and deliver annual and quarterly digital sales targets.
• Optimize CoA and LTV through digital levers.
• Lead digital sales growth and channel leadership across app, web, and omni-channel.
• Redesign omnichannel journeys to be fully digital and scalable.
