Job summary

DU is seeking a dynamic Digital Trading Specialist to own the proposition and roadmap for our digital real estate in the Dubai region. You will steer GTM calendars and digital placements across web, app, banners and in-app messages to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

Collaborating with Product, Design and Content teams, you will ensure assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals while coordinating with Media for seamless cross-channel execution and tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital trading, digital marketing, or eCommerce performance management.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (web, app, CMS, personalization engines).
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Adjust, Adobe, or equivalent) and data visualization/reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and digital surfaces simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills (across marketing, design, and product).
• Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Proposition and Roadmap: Develop the proposition, manage the roadmap, and steer GTM accountability for Digital Real Estate.
• Campaign execution: Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product Owners, Designers and Content Teams to align assets with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Cross-channel coordination: Coordinate with Media teams for seamless cross-channel execution and tracking.
• Upsell and personalization: Identify and activate digital levers to increase ARPU and cross-sell; personalize offers across journeys.
• Performance tracking: Report weekly on campaign performance and conduct AB testing to optimize ROI.
• Optimization: Analyze funnel performance and propose improvements for conversion rate optimization.
