Job summary

UptimeAI Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Oman to drive adoption of its platform with key industrial customers. This hybrid role involves on-site engagement and travel to ensure customer outcomes are achieved.

Successful candidates will have experience in the Oil & Gas or similar industries, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You'll act as a trusted partner to help translate insights into actionable results that improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles with a focus on operations and maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Experience with predictive maintenance or analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and drive platform adoption.
• Identify value realization opportunities including downtime reduction.
• Engage with stakeholders to align towards common outcomes.

Skills

Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, or similar industries
