Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Talent Development Officer for our oil & gas client in Abu Dhabi. You will drive talent management, succession planning, learning & development, graduate development, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will coordinate talent reviews and learning calendars, partner with institutions, oversee engagement surveys, and support wellbeing and benefits programs while tracking budget and HRIS data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in talent management, L&D, succession planning, and engagement.
• Strong program coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with psychometric/assessment tools and HRIS is a plus.
• Strong communication and facilitation across levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent reviews, assessments, succession planning, and maintain talent databases.
• Manage learning frameworks, training calendars, Training Needs Analysis, workshops, and programme effectiveness.
• Support leadership development programmes and partnerships with learning institutions.
• Execute engagement surveys, analyse results, and track engagement action plans.
• Coordinate townhalls, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Support employee benefits, wellbeing programmes, and related queries.
• Manage L&D and engagement vendors, programme records, HRIS data, reporting, and budget tracking.
