Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Talent Development Officer for our client in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on talent management, succession planning, learning and development, graduate development, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will coordinate talent reviews, manage learning frameworks, and support leadership development programs while building strong relationships with learning partners and institutions in the oil & gas sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in talent management, L&D, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Strong programme coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with psychometric tools and HRIS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent reviews, assessments, succession planning, and maintain talent databases.
• Manage learning frameworks, training calendars, training needs analysis, workshops, and programme effectiveness.
• Coordinate graduate development programmes, individual development plans, and employee development pathways.
• Support leadership development programmes, professional certifications, and relationships with learning partners and institutions.
• Execute employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and track engagement action plans.
• Coordinate townhalls, employee workshops, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Support employee benefits, wellbeing programmes, and related employee queries.
• Manage L&D and engagement vendors, programme records, HRIS data, reporting, and budget tracking.
