EnerMech, a global specialist in energy and infrastructure services, seeks an experienced Project Manager - Pre-Commissioning & Maintenance to lead safe, on-time delivery of specialist projects in oil and gas. You will oversee planning, mobilisation, execution, resource management, and client relationships, ensuring compliance with EnerMech’s QHSE standards and project budgets.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing pre-commissioning and maintenance projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong planning, commercial management and leadership skills.
• Experience with onshore/offshore facilities and shutdowns is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of HSE requirements and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of pre-commissioning and maintenance projects.
• Oversee activities including system cleaning, flushing, hydrotesting, nitrogen services, mechanical maintenance and shutdown works.
• Coordinate project personnel, specialist equipment, subcontractors and mobilisation.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, execution plans and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and EnerMech's QHSE procedures.
• Monitor project costs, progress, variations and commercial performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership to project and site teams.
