Job summary

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Pre-Commissioning & Maintenance to lead the safe delivery of specialist projects within the oil and gas sector. You will oversee planning, mobilisation, technical execution, resource management and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing pre-commissioning and maintenance projects in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical understanding of pre-commissioning and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience onshore and/or offshore facilities.
• Experience with shutdowns, turnarounds or brownfield maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong project planning, commercial management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and risk management.
• Engineering qualification or relevant technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of pre-commissioning and maintenance projects.
• Oversee activities including system cleaning, flushing, hydrotesting, nitrogen services, mechanical maintenance and shutdown works.
• Coordinate project personnel, equipment, subcontractors and mobilisation.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, execution plans and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and EnerMechs QHSE procedures.
• Monitor project costs, progress, variations and commercial performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership to project and site teams.
