Job summary

Penspen leads challenging offshore E&I projects and seeks a Lead Commissioning Engineer (E&I) to drive commissioning readiness, energization and handover to Operations. You will deliver technical direction from system completion through start-up, ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 15+ years of engineering experience with 5–8+ years offshore.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate E&I pre-commissioning, commissioning, energization, testing, and handover for offshore facilities.
Provide technical leadership from planning to safe energization, loop checks and system integration.
Ensure E&I systems comply with project specs, procedures, vendor and client requirements.
Develop commissioning execution plans and establish strategies for Electrical and Instrumentation systems.
Coordinate with Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and HSE teams.
