Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of pre-commissioning and maintenance projects.
• Oversee activities including system cleaning, flushing, hydrotesting, nitrogen services, mechanical maintenance and shutdown works.
• Coordinate project personnel, specialist equipment, subcontractors and mobilisation.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, execution plans and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and EnerMech's QHSE procedures.
• Monitor project costs, progress, variations and commercial performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership to project and site teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Pre-Commissioning & Maintenance to lead the safe and successful delivery of specialist projects within the oil and gas sector.

The role will oversee project planning, mobilisation, technical execution, resource management, commercial performance and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of pre-commissioning and maintenance projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing pre-commissioning and maintenance projects within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical understanding of pre-commissioning, mechanical maintenance and associated specialist services.
• Experience working on onshore and/or offshore oil and gas facilities.
• Experience with shutdowns, turnarounds or brownfield maintenance projects advantageous.
• Strong project planning, commercial management and leadership skills.
• Sound knowledge of HSE requirements and operational risk management.
• Engineering qualification or relevant technical background preferred.
