Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants seeks an experienced Equipment Fleet Manager for ADNOC projects in the UAE. You will oversee the management, maintenance, and utilization of company vehicles, heavy equipment, and transport assets to ensure safe, cost-effective operations.

The role requires 10+ years in fleet management, with 5+ years on ADNOC/oil & gas projects, and a relevant mechanical/engineering or logistics background. Expect leadership duties and strict compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of fleet management experience, including 5 years on ADNOC/Oil & Gas projects.
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, transport logistics and UAE regulations.
• Experience managing light/heavy vehicles, buses and construction equipment.
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE requirements and fleet management systems.
• Manage daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation and transport planning.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, inspections, registrations, insurance and legal compliance.
• Monitor fuel consumption, fleet utilization and maintenance costs.
