Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of fleet management experience, including 5 years on ADNOC/Oil & Gas projects.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, transport logistics and UAE regulations.
- Experience managing light/heavy vehicles, buses and construction equipment.
- Familiarity with ADNOC HSE requirements and fleet management systems.
- Manage daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation and transport planning.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, inspections, registrations, insurance and legal compliance.
- Monitor fuel consumption, fleet utilization and maintenance costs.

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and utilization of company vehicles, heavy equipment, and transport assets for Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will ensure fleet operations are safe, cost-effective, fully compliant with ADNOC and UAE regulations, and capable of supporting project requirements.
Salary range up to 15000 AED
- Minimum 10 years of fleet management experience, including 5 years on ADNOC/Oil & Gas projects.
