Job summary

CDHORIZON United Arab Emirates seeks a senior service leader to establish and run our dedicated oil & gas service team in Dubai. You will drive on-site operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will enhance AWP and earthmoving equipment service capabilities, oversee end-to-end services including rental, maintenance, and emergency repairs, and align service plans with project needs while growing revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE oil & gas equipment service or project management; familiarity with HSE norms and access requirements.
• Proficient in AWP and earthmoving equipment technology and maintenance logic; able to formulate standardized service processes and respond to emergencies.
• Proven team management and business development mindset; skilled in CRM and cross‑department collaboration.
• Understanding of Middle East oil & gas market characteristics; experience proposing value-added service extensions preferred.
• Fluent in English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the oil & gas service team daily operations.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance appraisal to meet project needs.
• Improve service tech for AWP and earthmoving equipment; lead end-to-end services including rental, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide on-site service support and HSE management for oil & gas projects.
• Develop value-added service extension business and support revenue growth.
• Track service KPIs, optimize plans and resource allocation, and coordinate with supply chain for spare parts.
