Job summary

KBR is implementing a Quality Manager role for an offshore subsea project in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will lead QA/QC teams, develop PQMS, and ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgy or related).
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning.
• Develop and implement PQMS aligned with ADNOC standards.
• Manage inspections, audits and NCRs; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and third-party inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ADNOC quality requirements.
• Report quality performance to project leadership and stakeholders.
