Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks a Quality Manager for an offshore project based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi). The role leads QA/QC activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning to ensure compliance with client specs, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will manage non-conformance, audits, and documentation, mentoring QA/QC personnel, and driving continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams in a demanding offshore environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related).
• Professional certifications in Quality Management preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and other ASQ certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Lead QA/QC activities for offshore projects and review ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate client/third-party audits.
