Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager for the UZ Islands Offshore Water Injection Project in Abu Dhabi.

You will establish and manage the Project Quality Management System (PQMS), lead QA/QC across engineering and procurement, and ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements and international standards. You will coordinate supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement, reporting performance to project management and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001 certification preferred.
• CQE or equivalent certification desirable.
• Experience managing quality, supplier quality, and audits on EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain PQMP for the offshore water injection project.
• Lead QA/QC activities across engineering and procurement phases.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, contract specs, and international standards.
• Report quality performance to project management and client reps.
• Coordinate supplier quality surveillance and CAPA processes.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits and close findings.
• Review ITPs, FATs, and inspection documentation for critical equipment.
