Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for an offshore subsea package in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a diverse team spanning planning, cost, risk, and reporting to assure schedule integrity, cost fidelity and governance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires senior-level expertise in project controls, scheduling (Primavera P6), cost control, and risk analysis, with ADNOC/EPC experience preferred. On-site Abu Dhabi with a global, high-impact project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Master's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or MBA is preferred.
• PMP and scheduling certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience leading project controls on large offshore/EPC mega projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls team including Planning, Cost, Risk, and Reporting engineers.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore construction, and commissioning.
• Drive cost management including budgeting, forecasting, and EVM reporting.
• Lead risk management processes and schedule risk analyses.
• Provide governance and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and claims analysis as needed.
