Job summary

KBR is seeking an Interface Manager - Offshore for a high-profile ADNOC PMC project in Abu Dhabi. You will identify, coordinate, and resolve all internal and external project interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and startup to achieve safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or equivalent).
• Master's Degree in Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan.
• Establish and manage the Interface Register for all project interfaces.
• Identify and track internal and external interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Facilitate resolution of interface issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Serve as the primary focal point for interface matters with ADNOC Offshore PMC EPC Contractors Vendors and Suppliers Subcontractors Operations and Asset Teams Regulatory Authorities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces including Process Mechanical Piping Electrical Instrumentation Telecom Civil & Structural.
• Monitor interface requirements and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Coordinate management of technical queries and design clarifications.
• Manage interfaces related to Existing ADNOC Offshore facilities Brownfield modifications Offshore platforms Subsea facilities Pipelines and cable systems SIMOPS activities Shutdown and tie-in works.
• Coordinate with Operations and Asset Teams to minimize production disruption.
• Monitor interface-related risks and opportunities and incorporate into schedules.
