Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Barge / Logistics Coordinator to manage offshore marine and logistics activities, ensuring safe and efficient movement of personnel, materials and equipment between shore bases, barges, vessels and offshore facilities.

The role requires coordinating barge movements, vessel schedules, and offshore logistics in accordance with project plans, marine procedures, HSE standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications or related field with offshore logistics experience.
• 10+ years in offshore oil & gas logistics; GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day offshore logistics activities including barges, vessels and crew boats.
• Plan and schedule barge and vessel movements, mobilization and offshore transportation.
• Coordinate transport of personnel, materials, equipment and supplies to offshore locations.
• Maintain daily/weekly movement schedules with offshore construction and marine teams.
• Collaborate with Offshore Construction Managers, Marine Coordinators and client reps.
• Monitor crew changes, POB, accommodation and offshore transfer requirements.
