Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi seeks a Marine Logistics Specialist to plan and coordinate the movement of personnel, materials, and project cargo between ports, bases, vessels, and offshore locations.

The role requires 5–8 years in marine logistics for offshore construction or EPC projects, familiarity with port operations, and ERP/SAP exposure. You will ensure HSE compliance and prepare reports. This is an on-site role in the Arabian Gulf.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ marine logistics experience in offshore or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of vessels, port operations, customs procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems; SAP/Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marine logistics per project schedule.
• Coordinate vessels, barges, and offshore supply ops.
• Arrange mobilisation/demobilisation of personnel and gear.
• Prepare cargo manifests, vessel schedules, lifting plans, permits.
• Coordinate port clearances and offshore deliveries.
• Liaise with Project, Marine Ops, Procurement, Warehouse, Construction, HSE.
• Track movements, cargo status, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate with vessel operators and port authorities.
• Identify risks and prepare contingency plans.
• Maintain records and produce logistics reports.
