Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks an Interface Manager for a major offshore project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role centers on identifying, coordinating, and resolving all interfaces between the Client, PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and operations teams.

Strong coordination across disciplines and a focus on preventing conflicts is essential. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and proven offshore EPC/PMC interface management experience, with familiarity of ADNOC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university.
Significant experience in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects, preferably offshore facilities.
Strong experience in interface management and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
Familiarity with ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore projects would be advantageous.
Experience coordinating multiple EPC contractors, vendors and third-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan (IMP).
Establish and maintain the Interface Register with responsibilities and actions.
Coordinate interfaces across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Civil and Structural disciplines.
Act as focal point for interface matters with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors and vendors.
Monitor drawings, specifications, and data exchanges affecting interfaces.
