Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Interface Manager (SPB) to oversee and coordinate construction projects for a high-profile client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires strong oversight to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards across multiple EPC/EPCM/PMC interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in oil & gas, with 5–7 years in interface management and proven ADNOC project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• At least 5–7 years in Interface Management roles within large EPC/EPCM or PMC projects.
• Proven experience on ADNOC or similar Middle East mega projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Interface Management Plan.
• Establish interface procedures, workflows, and communication protocols.
• Define responsibilities and ownership for each interface.
• Coordinate interactions among client, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Resolve design conflicts between multiple disciplines and contractors.
