Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Interface Manager for a major offshore oil and gas development project. You will establish and lead the project interface management process, coordinating between ADNOC, PMC teams, EPC Contractors, Vendors and Operations to minimize delays and risks while ensuring seamless integration of technical, contractual and operational interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 25+ years Oil & Gas industry experience.
• 8+ years Interface Management on major capital projects.
• 5+ years PMC experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning and operations interfaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project interface management systems.
• Develop Interface Management Plans and procedures.
• Identify, track and close project interfaces and actions.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and EPC contractors.
• Monitor progress of interface deliverables and performance metrics.
• Facilitate collaboration among ADNOC, PMC teams, EPC contractors, vendors and operations.
