Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Interface Manager for an offshore project. You will establish, coordinate, and control all project interfaces across engineering, construction, and operations to minimize delays and risks on a major offshore oil & gas development.

Rooted in governance, you will lead interface teams, facilitate cross-disciplinary reviews, and ensure timely information exchange among ADNOC, PMC, EPC contractors, and vendors. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 25 years Oil & Gas industry experience.
• 8 years interface management on major capital projects.
• 5 years PMC experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain interface management systems.
• Identify and manage all project interfaces.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction, commissioning and operations teams.
• Coordinate with ADNOC and other stakeholders.
