Job summary

Worley is seeking a Contract Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end EPC contract administration for offshore/ detailed engineering projects. You will ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and HSSE obligations across the project lifecycle, from pre-contract through close-out, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Qualification would be Bachelor of Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognize institute /University.
Experience: 20 Years Experience in the oil & gas industry on mega projects specially in GCC Environment.

Responsibilities

Provide HSSE leadership and actively champion the Project HSSE culture, behaviors, and engagement activities.
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC Contract changes and obligations across engineering, procurement and construction teams.
Interpret, manage, and administer all EPC contract requirements and conditions.
Lead or support negotiations with clients and partners during pre-contract & tender phases.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with main contract obligations and flow-down terms.
Process and certify monthly payment certificates and invoices; issue contract administration reports.
Maintain contract registers and documentation; manage change orders and claims with substantiation.
Balance owner relations with strict adherence to EPC contract obligations and attend weekly contract administration meetings.
Lead contract close-out activities including final accounts, claims resolution, and documentation archive.
