Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist for Abu Dhabi, UAE, on a full-time basis. You will train operations and maintenance personnel on new procedures and monitor food wastage records.

You will conduct regular water quality testing to ensure treated water meets regulatory standards and maintain compliance with environmental protocols. Oversee the Detailed Engineering scope with the COO and ensure QA/QC inspections and third-party checks align with project

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental experience, offshore preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, monitoring, waste management, spill response.
• Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET/FOET, HUET, H2S and offshore medical.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to operations and maintenance personnel on new procedures and best practices, and monitor food wastage records.
• Conduct regular water quality testing to ensure treated water meets regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee the Detailed Engineering scope with engineering team support and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections and third-party checks to meet project specifications.
