Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to lead offshore installation and construction activities for a major project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires safety excellence and strong coordination across offshore and onshore teams.

As OIM you will direct platforms, subsea facilities and related works, ensure regulatory and HSE compliance, and report progress to project management. ADNOC experience is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or related.
• Significant offshore oil & gas construction and installation experience.
• Experience in senior offshore leadership roles (e.g., OIM, Offshore Construction Manager).
• ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction, SIMOPS, and marine operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day offshore installation, construction and marine activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with HSE requirements and procedures.
• Provide leadership to offshore construction teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate platforms, structures, pipelines and subsea facilities.
• Monitor progress and report to project management.
• Maintain effective communication with offshore and shore teams.
