KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee offshore and onshore construction activities for ADNOC Offshore, ensuring safe, compliant execution and timely completion.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, HSE, and EPC contractors, review execution plans, supervise contractor performance, and support handover through mechanical completion and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Extensive Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Experience in offshore EPC projects.
• Proven PMC/Client/EPC environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of offshore transportation, fabrication, and brownfield modifications.
• Experience supervising EPC contractors from fabrication through commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Lead offshore and onshore construction activities to ADNOC Offshore standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee offshore construction and installation.
• Supervise EPC contractor performance during fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, HSE, Quality, and Commissioning.
• Review construction execution plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Monitor progress and address issues to prevent delays.
• Support handover activities including mechanical completion and pre-commissioning.
