Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking an experienced Hook-up & Brownfield Manager to lead offshore hook-up and brownfield activities. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing execution plans and managing interfaces to minimize disruption to operating facilities.

The position involves planning, scheduling and overseeing offshore modifications, with readiness reviews for pre-commissioning and commissioning, and close collaboration with Operations, HSE, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, structural, civil or offshore engineering.
• Extensive experience in offshore brownfield, hook-up activities.
• Experience in managerial or senior leadership on offshore construction.
• ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore project experience desirable.
• PMC/PMT and major EPC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of offshore hook-up and brownfield activities.
• Manage brownfield modifications & integration on offshore facilities.
• Develop execution strategies, sequencing and plans.
• Coordinate offshore construction across disciplines (structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, telecom).
• Review contractor methods and schedules.
• Ensure constructability reviews during engineering and offshore execution.
• Coordinate interfaces between greenfield and brownfield.
• Ensure tie-ins are identified and scheduled.
• Coordinate shutdown and turnaround-related scopes.
• Manage SIMOPS interfaces with operating facilities.
• Work with Operations, Engineering, HSE, Construction, Commissioning and other disciplines.
• Monitor resource requirements and EPC contractor performance.
• Provide progress and risk reporting to Project Management.
