Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking an experienced Hook-up & Brownfield Manager for an offshore project based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role leads planning, coordination and execution of hook-up and brownfield activities across engineering, construction, commissioning and operations.

The incumbent will oversee brownfield modifications, develop execution strategies, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and ensure safety and compliance throughout offshore work packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, structural, civil, offshore engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas offshore projects, particularly brownfield modifications and hook-up activities.
• PMC/PMT and major EPC project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of offshore hook-up and brownfield activities.
• Manage brownfield modifications and integration on existing offshore facilities.
• Develop and oversee hook-up and brownfield execution strategies, construction sequencing and plans.
• Coordinate offshore construction activities including structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and telecom works.
• Review contractor construction methodology, work packs, installation procedures and execution schedules.
• Ensure constructability reviews are performed during engineering and prior to offshore execution.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved project requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between greenfield and brownfield installations and with operations.
