Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking a Hook-up & Brownfield Manager to lead offshore hook-up and brownfield activities for a major offshore project. Initially based in Abu Dhabi, with potential relocation offshore.

You will oversee planning, coordination and execution across engineering, construction, commissioning and operations to minimize disruption to existing facilities. The role requires senior leadership in offshore construction, strong HSE discipline and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oil & Gas offshore projects, particularly brownfield modifications and hook-up activities.
• PMC/PMT and major EPC project experience is preferred.
• ADNOC/ADNOC Offshore project experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of offshore hook-up and brownfield activities.
• Manage brownfield modifications and integration on existing offshore platforms and systems.
• Develop hook-up and brownfield execution strategies, construction sequencing and plans.
• Coordinate offshore construction including structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and telecom works.
• Review contractor construction method, work packs, installation procedures and schedules.
• Ensure constructability reviews are performed during engineering and prior to offshore execution.
• Coordinate interfaces between greenfield facilities and existing brownfield installations.
• Ensure tie-ins are identified, engineered, planned and incorporated into the schedule.
• Coordinate shutdown and turnaround-related work scopes and reinstatement activities.
• Promote HSE leadership and ensure risk controls and process safety are applied offshore.
• Provide regular progress, risk, interface and performance reporting to Project Management.
