Job summary

KBR is recruiting a Sr. Construction/Installation Engineer for an offshore Abu Dhabi project. The role covers planning, coordination and supervision of jackets, WHTs, paving the way for safe, on-time delivery across engineering, fabrication, marine operations and client interfaces.

You will lead installation campaigns, review lift and rigging plans, and ensure adherence to offshore standards and project procedures, contributing to HSE excellence and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional Certifications (PMP, Offshore Construction Safety Training, Lifting and Rigging) are preferred.
• Experience: offshore construction and installation experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI projects.
• Senior level with leadership in offshore execution and HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and offshore installation engineering activities for jackets, WHTs, and structural components.
• Review installation methodologies, procedures, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate engineering support during offshore installation campaigns and ensure safety and compliance.
